Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-17

These Terms of Service govern your use of the InsiderAlpha website and research services. By accessing the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service

InsiderAlpha turns public SEC filings — starting with Form 4 insider trading disclosures — into normalized data, research tooling, and candidate signals. The service is a research aid. It is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or an exchange, and it does not execute trades.

2. No investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All signals are candidate signals for research purposes only. Any decision you make based on this service is your own responsibility.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account once registration opens. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service in bulk, resell or redistribute it without permission, misrepresent candidate signals as guaranteed outcomes, or use the service for unlawful market manipulation. Automated access is only through the API included in eligible plans.

5. Intellectual property

The InsiderAlpha name, logo, site design, and original content are our property. Underlying filings remain public records of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Your own watchlists and notes remain yours.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsiderAlpha is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@insideralpha.io.
