Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds work for InsiderAlpha paid plans.

1. Current status

Paid plans are in preparation and no payment is currently collected. This policy applies from the moment paid subscriptions open and will be linked at checkout.

2. Free plan

The Free plan involves no charge, so no refund applies to it. You can simply stop using it.

3. Cancellation

Once billing is available, you may cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@insideralpha.io within 14 days of the charge with your account email and receipt. We review first-purchase refund requests case by case; renewal charges are refundable only where required by law.

5. Charge disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer — most billing issues resolve faster directly. Suspected fraudulent charges are investigated and, where confirmed, refunded.
